Tracy is usually the first person people see when they come into the firm—she knows how to help people. She has dedicated her life to helping those accused of a crime and those seriously injured in accidents. She began her legal career at a predecessor firm in 2001 and has worked with Mr. Russell for almost 15 years. She makes it her mission to assist clients and strives to make things as easy as she can for them, she understands how overwhelming the legal process can be. She is a key player on the legal team and keeps the lawyers apprised of the information she gathers and keeps the client’s case moving forward. Tracy takes extra classes so that she can keep up-to-date on the ever changing rules and processes that relate to the areas in which she assists the lawyers and clients. She is instrumental in passing this information to the clients.
Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid traveler and appreciates other cultures. When she is not globetrotting, she is cross-stitching and listening to music.
Elizabeth effectively manages and helps our injured clients, or the families of those killed in accidents, and is an integral part of the team that helps recover the just compensation the people deserve. She knows how it feels to be on the other side of an accident and knows first-hand the struggles involved in making an insurance claim or pursuing the case through to trial. She began her legal career in 2005 with another personal injury firm and fell in love with the law and decided to make helping people and their families a career. She earned her Paralegal degree from Ashworth College, has worked at the Cochise County Attorney’s Office and at Justice Court Five. She understands both sides of the law and strives to make things easier for our clients. She is the first line of offense when it comes to prosecuting injury and wrongful death claims. She understands that when people pay their insurance premiums the insurance companies owe their insureds a promise to do what is right and just when called upon, and not put profit over people.
In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with her family, friends and going to the movies and concerts. To the distress of some Arizonians, she is a diehard Raider’s fan and you might catch her in full regalia watching a game out-and-about town.
Dayna is a warrior. She is an outgoing and ingenious member of the team. She does not accept defeat, and never quits. She was built to serve the people of our community and dedicates her time and energy to finding the true facts of our client’s stories and fighting for justice. She understands the level of work necessary to accomplish the mission and she always puts people first. She began her legal career in the U.S. Army where she served as a noncommissioned officer and paralegal, finishing her time deployed in Afghanistan. She understands discipline, physical and mental toughness, and the necessity to enhance her professional skills to better help the people we represent. She joined our team as a paralegal, but has since gone on to the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. There she maintained a very high GPA, was an editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, and worked as a student attorney with the Veteran’s Advocacy Law Clinic. She will join the team as an associate in 2017. As a woman, and as a Soldier, Dayna has endured hardship in her life and knows what it’s like to need a strong, dedicated and skillful advocate on your side.
Dayna has a gentle side, however, and is a loving wife and mother. When not striving to make the community a safer place or helping others in need she spends her time with her family and traveling with her husband and children.
Very professional. The communication was great and very quick, they were very good about keeping me up to date on everything and even called me with reminders about upcoming important dates I needed to be aware of.Jeremiah S.
I was referred to Mr. Russell’s law firm through another attorney and they were nothing, but respectfull and very attentive towards my case. Cindy went out of her way to make sure that all my needs were met and she made me feel like I was her only client. I would definitely use them again.Joseph L.
